During 2016-17, 187 Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander young people were admitted to the Adelaide Youth Training Centre (AYTC). 2.	During 2016-17, 84 young people who were under the Guardianship of the Minister for Child Protection, were admitted to the AYTC.
