<inserted>The funding of $951,000 allocated for other supplies and services out of the Community Emergency Services Fund in 2016-17 relates to contingency funds allowed to cover unanticipated expenditure. In both 2014-15 and 2015--16 this funding was used to cover minor administrative costs of running the fund being $2,000 and $3,000 respectively. In those years the remaining balance was reallocated to Intra Government Transfers to emergency services agencies to contribute to the costs of major incidents such as the Sampson Flat and Pinery bushfires.</inserted>
