The New South Wales government recently commercialised its lands titles services office, and I understand that they did not reveal the commercial negotiations. I understand that the proponents who are the successful recipients of the commercialisation process here in South Australia may also be bidders in other processes around Australia, so they may not wish these contracts to be made public. However, all aspects of the contract that affect South Australians, especially the way they use and interact with the Lands Titles Office, have been made public already.
