As Attorney-General, I do not believe I am the person to whom Mr Pike reports; in fact, although I see him from time to time when there is an issue arising from his duties, if I'm not mistaken his reporting line goes to the secretary of the Attorney-General's Department or the chief executive of the Attorney-General's Department. So I am not sure that in the ordinary course of events, were there to be any such thing, it would have come in front of any minister. I certainly don't recall having seen such a thing. However, out of an abundance of caution I will make inquiries of the Attorney-General's Department to see whether they are aware of any such matter being raised with them.
