CLOSE (Port Adelaide—Minister for Education and Child Development, Minister for Higher Education and Skills) (15:16):</by>  We are going through a process at present of determining how to create a greater incentive for workers on the lands. While we are managing to cover a good proportion of the work, it is important that we have a sustainable model, and I know that the current—and reasonably recently appointed—head of child protection has been working very hard not only from Adelaide but by going up and having meetings in the regions to determine the best ways to create a working environment that is going to be manageable in a sustainable way.</text>
