This is, I think it would be fair to say, a bit of a last gasp by the builder, and we are very, very confident with our legal position. It is important to note, in their taking action against anyone who is involved in the project, including the consortium, Celsus (formerly known as SAHP) and indeed the independent certifier whose job it was to provide advice to the government, that the hospital met all the contractual requirements.
