Has the minister checked, as he indicated that he would do so in question time on 31 May, if he provided any notification to the Treasurer of concerns that he had about the governance of the Coober Pedy council before the Treasurer issued a letter on 29 March 2016 consenting to the council entering into the energy contract and, if not, why not?</text>
