          <inserted>The allocation for each year of the program is 200. Over four years of the program the global allocation is 800. Currently in the third round of the program. The global target for the end of 2016 is 600. As of 18 October 2016, 526 placements have been achieved, with a further 74 to be achieved this calendar year.</inserted>
