          <inserted>The relevant union organisations in regard to the Plumbing, Metal and Building Trades, Ambulance, Nurses and Midwives, Visiting Medical Specialists, Rail Commissioner (Maintenance), Rail Commissioner (Rail Operations and Infrastructure) Agreements and Adelaide Venue Management have been advised that as negotiations had commenced prior to the 2016/17 state budget for these agreements the 2.5% limit on future wage growth would apply.</inserted>
