          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;Income for the sale of goods and services predominantly relates to corporate income from the hire of facilities. These corporate overheads have been allocated across the agency according to program expenditure. Variations in overhead allocations between financial years occur due to movements in the overall expenditure for programs, for example a program that has a reduction in expenditure between years will receive a lower allocation of overheads and vice versa. </inserted>
