KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Treasurer, Minister for Finance, Minister for State Development, Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy) (14:42):</by>  First of all, Business SA made an assumption that the statewide blackout cost the state over $400 million. Our Energy Plan has allocated $550 million towards it. If our temporary generation and our permanent generation—which is the total $360 million envelope, which we have said many times—stops one blackout, it has paid for itself.</text>
