VLAHOS (Taylor—Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse) (14:31):</by> I do believe there have been some media statements about this on the radio in the last day or so, and many of those statements are actually factually incorrect. Dr McKellar has made it very, very clear that there were extensive meetings with the families and continuous assessment of people who were being transferred to a variety of different settings, and particularly assessment of where those people should go because, as I have said in the chamber a number of times, people's clinical status can move.</text>
