SNELLING (Playford—Minister for Health, Minister for the Arts, Minister for Health Industries) (14:06): Isn't it interesting that on the day the government were out announcing a $1.1 billion investment in our public hospitals the Liberal Party in this state were out announcing the decriminalisation of GoPros on bike helmets. It's good to know that the Liberal Party are there on the big issues. The old GoPro on the bike helmet—that's what the public of South Australia are interested in. It reminds me of that scene in The Castle where Steve presents his dad, Darryl Kerrigan, with a bike helmet with a brake light on the back. What does Darryl say? 'Steve, you're an ideas man.
