          <inserted>A review identified savings in program expenditure of $1.2 million due to programs ceasing earlier than originally planned and underspends relating to the delayed commencement of programs. </inserted>

          <inserted>In addition, operational savings of $1.3 million were due to a reduction of two FTEs in 2014-15 and three FTEs in 2012-13 (full effect felt in 2014-15) as well as the division exercising fiscal restraints in spending moneys on goods and services including travel, contract staff and printing. </inserted>
