VLAHOS (Taylor—Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse) (14:38):</by>  As I have stated before, the wellbeing status of a variety of consumers in this space—whether it's in the private sector or the public sector—in aged-care services, particularly in the mental health services, can change. They are clinical assessments. I am not going to hazard a guess on any one day what the right clinical mix for those levels is. I will rely on clinical advice and expertise to provide the decision-making that I reach with their support.</text>
