If the opposition was listening at any stage, the Minister for Mental Health has given ministerial statements that the Chief Psychiatrist was looking at it. Isn't it interesting how very few questions came from the opposition when this first became an issue? It is only because they have seen an ambulance to chase, which is their approach to policy in this state. They have taken no interest in the Oakden issue until recent weeks. Not a single question from the opposition on the Oakden issue until recent weeks, and doesn't that tell you a lot about the sort of person the Leader of the Opposition is?</text>
