VLAHOS (Taylor—Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse) (14:49):</by>  It's not appropriate for me to reveal clinical information about consumers and the residents. What we do know is that the current clinical leader on that site, Dr McKellar, has done assessments on everyone in the last period of time since he has been there.</text>
        <text id="20170518fbd8a3acdec44bb0b0000595">What we do know is people's wellbeing or mental health can fluctuate extremely in dementia. If anyone has ever had a family member with dementia in a ward, you will know that their condition can go up and down every day. This requires ongoing treatment and consideration. I am going to rely on his advice about the appropriate placement of these residents in the right level of care. That is the most important, that they are getting the care that they need, and that is person-centric.</text>
