She is not addressing the substance of the matter. She is not addressing her appalling breach of parliamentary behaviour. She cannot justify it by reference to the political discussion of the day. She stood in the gangway and screamed and gesticulated and she is not addressing that behaviour, other than to say she is dissatisfied with the policies of the government. That is insufficient.
