VLAHOS (Taylor—Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse) (15:06): At the time that I signed a letter back to Mr Zappia as a parliamentary secretary, and if I recollect correctly it was in April 2015, it was based on a letter to Mr Zappia about an unknown constituent that related to staffing for the Clements site. At the point of time that I received the briefing, the briefing was about staffing and appropriate staffing for that particular clinical unit, the Clements ward.
