WEATHERILL (Cheltenham—Premier) (14:33):</by>  The Oakden Older Persons Mental Health Service was always within the ministerial responsibilities of either the Minister for Health or, when that portfolio was created, the Minister for Mental Health, so it didn't fall within the aged-care portfolio, so I had no portfolio responsibility for that particular facility. I have no recollection of visiting that facility during that period.</text>
