VLAHOS (Taylor—Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse) (14:16):</by>  As I stated yesterday—and I am happy to update the house again—we know that once care and concerns were raised by the community visitor in October, and initial conversations begun, and information sought from the northern Adelaide health network, we then, in late December, created a scoping with the Chief Psychiatrist's office for the commencement of the review.</text>
        <text id="2017051060367efa69d04df8a0000480">At that time, in February, I made a ministerial statement; and I made a second ministerial statement. So, the parliament and the general public in South Australia—these are public records—will be able to see a public record that we were doing work at Oakden to rectify some of the concerns that were not fully known at the point until the document was released, after cabinet.</text>
