VLAHOS (Taylor—Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse) (15:26):</by>  When the report was released, previous residents and their families were in fact mailed the current report, and the hotline remains open for them contact us. As of last Friday, 21 people from across the current resident cohort, of which there are 31, and the previous people who had been across that 10-year space, I am led to believe had been contacted and given the report, the hotline number and FAQs so they could reach us if they had concerns. That represents some of those 21 phone calls that were received up until last Friday. I don't believe any phone calls were received yesterday, I am advised.</text>
