It was this year and I went there because I had concerns. I had instituted the independent review by the Chief Psychiatrist, and I believe that he was in the process of beginning his work interviewing numerous people on that site and talking to SA Health about his concerns. It was also an opportunity for me to walk around the other ward that the state runs on that site, and it was an interesting time that day. I outlined this to the house yesterday.</text>
