VLAHOS:</by>  The then minister, the current Minister for Health, had a number of meetings when I was parliamentary secretary with the psychiatrists' association, not all of which I was present in. They raised a number of issues, broad ranging, and I visited a number of psychiatric facilities and mental health wards across the state and undertook to visit as many as I could.</text>
