Given the McLaren Vale Distillery refused to accept the Regional Development Grant, can the minister explain why the report showing job creation and economic contribution to McLaren Vale due to this grant remains on PIRSA's website over one year since that date and why a media event was held when no grant was ever handed out?</text>
