CLOSE (Port Adelaide—Minister for Education and Child Development, Minister for Higher Education and Skills): Negotiations for the 2016 TAFE SA Educational Staff Enterprise Agreement commenced on 30 June 2015. Negotiations have since concluded with the Industrial Relations Commission of South Australia advising the Office of the Public Sector on 21 October 2016 that the TAFE SA Education Staff Enterprise Agreement 2016 has been approved.
