          <inserted>Department for Education and Child Development does not have a separate budget to cover the cost of increased annual leave liabilities. Site and corporate leaders are advised on a fortnightly basis of all current leave entitlements for all employees appointed to their site, and are required to monitor and take action so employees use their accrued leave in a timely manner and within the set policy parameters.</inserted>
