CLOSE (Port Adelaide—Minister for Education and Child Development, Minister for Higher Education and Skills): I have been advised: Recommendation 39 was accepted on 8 August 2016 and on 29 November 2016 reported complete in 'Child Protection a fresh start', the government's response to the Child Protection Systems Royal Commission report 'The life they deserve'. Reference to crisis care has been updated on the Department's website to reflect the true nature of the work undertaken by the service. Non-government agencies who maintain websites with outdated information have been identified, contacted and provided with a new description of crisis care services.
