So again the member either has not read the report or he is deliberately being tricky.</text>

AEMO have detailed in that report that ENGIE contacted the operator so that they could be ready to go in an hour and operate for four to eight hours. So how do you make sense of the questions the leader is asking unless (1) he is deliberately being tricky, or (2) he hasn't read the report?</text>
