          <inserted>Three preferred proponents have been selected in relation to undertaking development at Port Adelaide involving five separate precincts as part of the Port Adelaide Renewal Project. These proponents were selected following a comprehensive public expressions of interest campaign commencing in mid-2015. Approximately $45,000 has been expended on this process to date which includes legal advice, marketing expenses and engaging an independent probity advisor and property agent.</inserted>
