          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;As per the Chief Executive Performance Review process, Ms Cathy Taylor will be required to develop a Chief Executive Performance Plan, within three months of commencing in the role of Chief Executive of the Department for Child Protection.</inserted>

          <inserted>The Chief Executive Performance Agreement includes, as part of the whole-of-government priorities, the requirement for Chief Executives that oversee agencies that have responsibilities for the health, safety and wellbeing of children to demonstrate inter-agency collaboration in child protection matters. The Minister responsible for Child Protection will have the opportunity to develop additional relevant Key Performance Indicators as part of the process.</inserted>
