          <inserted>In 2015-16, Community Benefit SA funded a total of 211 projects. Of these, 18 projects received a low evaluation rating (1 or 2) at completion of the project. </inserted>

          <inserted>Under the rating system, projects may receive a low evaluation rating if they report:</inserted>
        </text>

            <inserted>a lower number of participants than planned</inserted>
          </item>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">
            <inserted>the needs of disadvantaged people were met to a limited degree</inserted>
          </item>

            <inserted>a lower than anticipated number of people benefiting than anticipated</inserted>
          </item>

            <inserted>the implementation of the project was only partially achieved </inserted>
          </item>

            <inserted>insufficient information to enable the department to determine if funds were spent in accordance with their service agreements.</inserted>

          <inserted>There are some instances where organisations receive a low rating due to reports being received late or, in some instances, not provided at all. In such cases, organisations are contacted by the Department for Communities and Social Inclusion (DCSI) and outstanding reports requested. </inserted>
