WEATHERILL (Cheltenham—Premier) (15:06):</by> The first thing is that the leader once again misrepresents me by using the phrase 'personal approval'. This was dealt with by officers in relation to my agency. We made the policy call that we would support a campaign against these federal cuts. We also made a policy call, I must say, in conjunction with a range of community groups, where we publicly said we would campaign, through community groups, to resist these cuts. Thereafter, it is a matter for agencies to implement that policy. We make the policy directions. We supply the resources to permit them to make those policy directions. We don't get involved in the operational decisions that are made about these matters.</text>
