          <by role="member" id="627">The Hon. J.J. SNELLING:</by>  The cure plan needs to address all of the issues that need to be fixed before we are prepared to move into the hospital. Call them what you want, I don't care. The bottom line is: I want these things fixed. They are the responsibility of SAHP to fix. Taxpayers aren't going to fork out for it, and I'm certainly not going to move into that hospital before those issues are fixed.</text>
