SNELLING:</by>  The cure plan that we had been provided did not provide in any adequate way the resolution of the issue with regard to the chiller, among other issues—the chiller is just one of them, but it did not provide that. That was one of the principal reasons why the government rejected the cure plan. The opposition have been criticising us for that over the last three weeks. Mr Speaker, you just have to scratch your head and wonder what this state would be like if this bunch of clowns were actually taking the difficult decisions you need to take as a government.</text>
