SNELLING (Playford—Minister for Health, Minister for the Arts, Minister for Health Industries) (14:29): I am happy to have a look to see what the time frames are, but let me make it very clear: we had the opposition yesterday saying that this was all just a massive ruse, this was just because the government didn't have EPAS ready, and this was why the government was holding up the move in. Then, lo and behold, on the front page of The Advertiser, 'Oh, goodness me, it wasn't EPAS; it was something that is a serious issue,' and haven't the opposition looked stupid? Haven't the opposition looked unbelievably stupid? They have spent the last two weeks taking the side of the builders and the big boys from New South Wales, saying that we should just give in, that we should go weak at the knees, that we should take a hospital that wasn't ready, and then suddenly they realise, 'Well, actually, the government has a pretty good reason for not moving into the hospital.
