How many of the 102 workers identified through the Hyde audit as requiring further assessment have now returned to work in Families SA or the Department for Child Protection? With your leave and that of the house, I will explain. As at 19 December 2014, 73 were cleared, 21 required ongoing assessment, four resigned and four were off work on workers compensation.</text>

RAU:</by>  Mr Speaker, the matter that is the subject of that question is presently the subject of an inquiry and the seeking of some advice, and we hope to be in a position shortly to know in detail where we are going in relation to that matter. It is something that the government has been seeking some advice about and we do not yet have the advice we are seeking.</text>
