I think this is an important matter. I will seek information from Consumer and Business Services who may have some information on that, and I will certainly also speak with my ministerial colleague. This is a serious matter and, indeed, I don't know whether members are aware of this but not only is there a considerable question about whether these are a good thing to use but there is some quite disturbing film I have seen of a gentleman leaving a licensed premises, I believe, and one of these things exploding in his pocket. If anybody is interested in this, it is on the interweb—</text>

He identified this image, and it was quite disturbing. This gentleman is leaving what appears to be licensed premises and then his pocket literally explodes. He is quite startled, as are other people. So, there is more than one risk to this habit.</text>
