SNELLING:</by>  'When?' barks the Leader of the Opposition—when it is safe to do so, when I can be reassured that the issues that we have put to Project Co. have been addressed and that they have been fixed so that it is safe to move patients into the hospital. I won't be cutting corners, and I certainly won't take the 'wet tissue' approach of the opposition, who would have me just do whatever SAHP ask of me. I will assert the rights of South Australian taxpayers and of the patients who will move into the hospital.</text>
