<by role="office">The SPEAKER:</by> The arrangement I have tried to promote is that the opposition will have the lion's share of the questions in question time and we won't have alternate questions contingent on good behaviour and the opposition cooperating with a fluent question time with a high number of questions. <text id="20161116bb5114724b31443080000484">The Premier's remarks may well be provocative, but it is a fundamental breach of the understanding I have been trying to reach, and so I would ask the opposition to refrain from interjections or we will just go back to alternate questions, in which case the opposition will have far fewer questions than it has under the current dispensation.
