These are some necessary service-type and footing works which will provide the capacity for SkyCity to proceed with their proposed expansion of the Adelaide Casino according to their ability to proceed with the project. They have released various statements over recent years about their intention to proceed with the development but also some of the challenges, particularly, as I understand it, off the top of my head, procuring the necessary funding for them to proceed with that development.
