MULLIGHAN (Lee—Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, Minister for Housing and Urban Development) (14:42):</by>  One of those interjectors I was allegedly referring to earlier, Mr Speaker. It is clear that there has been some delay in the delivery of SkyCity's redevelopment of the Adelaide Casino because clearly they have not yet redeveloped the Casino according to the original time line they outlined. Would that mean that there would be some advice across government departments alerting different agencies, let alone ministers, to that fact? I am sure there is.</text>
