CLOSE (Port Adelaide—Minister for Education and Child Development, Minister for Higher Education and Skills): I have been advised of the following: The Annual Investing Program increases by standard indexation of 2.5% in each year of the forward estimates. Expenditure budgets for the 'Fire Restoration' and 'Small programs' program are established as required and as such there is no budgeted expenditure for the forward estimates for these two programs.
