          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;The Economic Development Board's sub-committee determined that the most effective way to assist the region was to provide a financial contribution to the Regional Development Australia—Whyalla and Eyre Peninsula (RDAWEP) office's creation of a regional development plan. This was being conducted on behalf of the RDAWEP by the South Australian Centre for Economic Studies.</inserted>
