MULLIGHAN (Lee—Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, Minister for Housing and Urban Development) (13:53):</by>  The deputy leader continues to labour this point, which I have answered time and time again in my previous responses. It is very clear, in the legislation, the relationship between the minister and the chief executive. She started her line of questioning as to whether there are any changes in that relationship and I have answered that question by saying that if there are changes to be made in that relationship, then I will advise the house in due course of those changes.</text>
