I am advised that ACP first made contact with the government early last week indicating that it was unlikely to be able to complete settlement. The government responded in writing to ACP, advising that it expected full settlement on this date and that revised terms, which had been put by ACP to the government, were not acceptable to the government. At approximately 11 o'clock this morning, I am advised that ACP advised the government that it would not be settling the stage 1 land contract, which it was required to, to settle 150 hectares by close of business today.
