          <inserted>As I indicated in the estimates hearing, response times for each tier category are not captured in the Families SA client case management system and so cannot be reported.</inserted>

          <inserted>A national measure is reported in relation to time taken to commence an investigation. This can be found on the report on government services website.</inserted>

          <inserted>In 2014-15, South Australia reported commencing 74.2% of investigations within 7 days, which was the third highest of all jurisdictions and better than the Australian average of 61.4%.</inserted>
