SNELLING (Playford—Minister for Health, Minister for the Arts, Minister for Health Industries): 1.	In 2014-15, there were a total of 216 complaints relating to privacy/discrimination. Three of these complaints were about access to records: records being inappropriately accessed (1) old health records destroyed or not being available (2) 2.	The Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC) is an independent statutory officer established by the Health and Community Services Complaints Act 2004.As Minister for Health, I am unable to provide advice about the complaints received by the HCSCC.
