In the face of growing concerns about patient safety at the Modbury Hospital emergency department, will the minister now withdraw his assertion to this house on 11 February that doctors' opposition to changes at Modbury Hospital was based on their not being willing to drive to 'Elizabeth and because of snobbery'?</text>
