CLOSE (Port Adelaide—Minister for Education and Child Development, Minister for Higher Education and Skills) (14:52):</by>  Mr Speaker, I'm not sure if people are hard of hearing or just thinking about other things, but I have explained that the features of success, KPIs if you want to use that terminology, will be a reduction in the call waiting or the number of abandoned calls and not seeing a diminution in the number of screened-in notifications, which would be of concern if that were to occur. So, they are two very important elements that are indicators of success.</text>
